Jeremiah Anderson has spent the last three years coaching various High School level select teams here in the Metroplex. Prior to that he was an assistant at Southern University. This will be his second year to serve as the Varsity head coach here at The Highlands.
After completing a successful high school volleyball career in the Chicago area Coach Anderson moved on to the collegiate ranks. At Quincy University he was elected to the Academic All-Conference team three years in a row and selected as the leagues Most Improved Player during his senior year.

Coach Roberson began coaching in 2009, as a volunteer with the Lancaster Tiger Volleyball camp. In 2015 she was appointed the head coach at The Glennie School in Toowoomba, Australia. Last year she took over development responsibility for the DFW Elite's National 15's team and she is now entering her first season with BlockSport Volleyball club as the assistant 15's national coach and head 15's red coach. Her focus in coaching is to improve a player's volleyball knowledge and abilities through detailed skills training. She also strive to motivate players to achieve individual success within a team dynamic.
During high school, Keisha was a three year letterman in both volleyball and basketball at Lancaster High School. Her performance in HS earned her a full volleyball scholarship at Mississippi Valley State University. After two years she transferred to Alcorn State University where she finished her collegiate volleyball career.
